Convenient location, close to bus stop and subway station, also not far from the airport bus.

The staff were fantastic - really helpful and spoke brilliant English - always on hand. The room was cleaned regularly and well. The hotel is also in an absolutely suberb location for a city beak and for exploraton of Seoul. I would highly reccommend the hotel to other travellers as the rate is very good. The hotel could do with a refurb in parts but the room was clean, all amenities were working, shower hot and brilliant staff and an Italian resturant and bar on site and a nightclub on floor 2 (though we did not visit the club). We'd stay there again - it was practically right next to the Chungmuro subway and a local fantastic cinema as well as countless coffe shops and the brilliant markets of Meoyondong.
It would be nice if the hotel restaurant and bar didn't shut at 10pm but stayed open later however, there was a nightclub on floor 2.

This hotel has the worst customer service ever!! The front desk staff didnt look at you when they talk. They didnt want to help and barely speak english. One time the manager was there, I wanted to tell him so maybe he can fix it, but even before I can finish my sentance, he just said 'ye.. Ye..' And turn his back on me. Omg! It wast the worst mistake to stay there. I stayed there for 2 rooms, 6 nites. Room was ok but not the best. Location was ok, but still few hotels better around there.
This hotel only good for single traveler who wants to have fun because at the back of the hotel there was brothel who always go to second floor (the bar)

Location is the best! It's close to Myeongdong, shopping area, takes about whithin 10 minutes on foot. There are 2 subway stations near the hotel, so it's very convenience for me to go anywhere. As for room, clean and enough room space. I could make myself at home.

Staffs are very helpful and spoke good English in explaining the direction of the various places of interest that we want to visit. Forgotten take down the staff names. I think is Ms Jin Yeong Shi who spoke good English.

Free use of computer with Internet connection at the lobby.
Staff does not communicate well in English. Ended up paying higher prices for breakfast due to miscommunication.

The room was a reasonable size, with a large bathroom. It included one of the Japanese style all-in-one toilets wth a control panel (not in English). It is a 5 minute walk from a metro station and a 10 minute walk from another.
Staff were not completely fluent in English. The Ethernet wall socket was broken so the Internet did not work. The socket showed signs of having been pulled off the wall and had been damaged. The tv remote worked intermittantly on an old crt screen. The decor in the room was faded (looked like it was out of the 1960s) and badly in need of refurbishment. Therefore, the hotel is only worth staying at if you have very low expectations. Despite the nice lobby, the room certainly did not appear to live up to its star rating.

Convenient location, close walking distance to Seoul Tower and 'old style' village. metro station and airport bus also close walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious, quiet and warm. Beds very comfortable and overall it was quite clean. Breakfast (1 included per room) was very tasty.
The lobby was undergoing some minor construction so there was no safety deposit box service, and there was no room safe. so we had to carry valuables around with us. The room was quite dark (small window) and the decoration was a bit dated.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind even though I didn't know my way around the city. They were very welcoming to me!
I liked that they had a business center but it would have been much more convenient if they'd had wi-fi in their rooms!

Location is convenient and easy access to the airport shuttle bus, also information and help from hotel staffs were very nice.
It's not good that there is no internet services in the room and extra charges needed for early check-in even when room available.

the hotel is in the city center, staffs are very helpful, it is good for tourist who want to discover Seoul. everything is nearby, Chungmuro subway is 2 mins by walk, Myeongdong subway is 5mins, most tourist attaractions are nearby,
the only thing to be improved is the internet network in the room is not working, luckily the 2 computers beside the lobby are in good online working condition.

Good value for money, we had a very comfortable twin room with a small ensuite. Slightly dated in terior, but was clean and had lots of space for luggage. Conveniently located near lines 3&4 metro station and. A short (10min saunter dragging luggage) to the entrance of the Sejong hotel to get the limousine bus to the airport. Reccomended.
